Vice-Chancellor's Learning and Teaching Colloquium, 2007 (Sunshine Coast, Australia, 30-May-2007)
University of the Sunshine Coast
2007
Abstract
The Assessment Policy of the University of the Sunshine Coast makes a brief but explicit statement about criterion-referenced assessment (CRA) being central to its assessment regime. There are many interpretations of the term and many different ways of conducting CRA and the aim of this workshop is to help teachers and course coordinators be aware of the principles and practicalities of CRA. It will be a practically-based workshop linking theory to practice and encourages participants to engage in the construction and evaluation of criterion-referenced assessment documents.
