Abstract
The psychological contract addresses the expectations each team member has of 3 main contexts. 1) The Task or Project. 2) The behaviour expected from team members. 3) Expectations of self. This presentation will provide an easy to apply inclusive process (action learning) for any team to use and can be beneficial for the team (whether work place or student) to shift from average to high performance, while enabling feedback and review. The foremost quality of a leader is to foster trust and the PC is the foundation of trust
