Abstract
This article presents an ongoing study and evaluation model for the efficient budget control of cultural tourism events. A new method, based on fuzzy numbers, is proposed in this study for measuring user-evaluation. The fuzzy arithmetic model has been applied to economics, sociology, management studies, psychology, and linguistics for decision-making under vague situations and specification of vague objects. The fuzzy set and fuzzy relation methods were used for our study to establish the validity of decision-making in each Permanent Event Place attribute. In terms of methodology, this study discloses that the fuzzy model approach is of great use in decision-making processes for the evaluation of cultural tourism events.
