Abstract
This poster examines establishing pedagogical goals for work-study students involved in financial aid employment outside of their declared major. Through expanding the student's work-study experience into a multi-semester learning environment, opportunities exist to develop the student's collaborative, leadership, and creative skills beyond individual academic disciplines that benefit both student and supervisor.
