Abstract
Strategic HRM is compatible with current strategic business management. However, some businesses are taking a different direction based on developments such as the "triple bottom line" or "natural capitalism". This paper presents a new model of "Holistic Employment Relations" designed to be compatible with these more radical approaches to business.
