Abstract
This paper discusses how successful cooperation with city and regional student-initiated projects positioned in 'real' vocation works in conjunction with their curricula, design staff and selected industry professionals. A scheme developed by the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA), Queensland Chapter to develop a program to mentor and foster student learning has benefited from crossinstitutional, cross-regional and industry collaboration.
