Abstract
Queenslanders were recently asked to stop using the term ‘long-COVID’.
Instead, Queensland's Chief Health Officer suggested the condition affecting three percent of residents should be called ‘post-viral malaise’, due to concerns of creating unnecessary fear and hypervigilance.
