Abstract

futures artificial intelligence agency literacy hybrid organisations human:AI ratio
In this interactive session, we’ll explore how AI’s shift from tool to collaborator is quietly reshaping our sense of agency, choice, and influence at work. Together, we’ll acknowledge what’s emerging, identify and possibly release assumptions, and begin imagining new possibilities for human–AI partnership. Introducing agency literacy, this workshop offers a curious, open space to consider more intentional, inclusive ways of leading alongside intelligent systems. About the speakerDr Elissa Farrow helps organisations and communities imagine the future and prepare for it. She’s a futurist, author, speaker, and strategist with over 25 years of experience in innovation, leadership, and change. Her work focuses on how Artificial Intelligence (AI), social trends, and new technologies will shape the way we live, work, and lead. Elissa advises boards, executives, and teams on strategy, foresight, and ethical decision-making.
