Abstract
With features such as mobility and context sensitivity, bring-your-own wearable devices are commonly seen in enterprise environments. Even though they are part of the organizational IT environment as they need to access the network and/or storage resources, the management of them remains in the grey area, especially on the ownership or visibility of the data collected by these devices in the enterprise operations. Therefore, this research aims to find solutions and recommendations to organizational IT management about the trade-off between employees' privacy and employers' interests.
