Abstract

Preeclampsia (PE) and small for gestational age/fetal growth restriction (SGA/FGR) are placental dysfunction-related disorders that often co-occur. First-trimester prediction remains challenging. This study characterized the maternal plasma proteome prior to clinical onset to identify candidate biomarkers for early risk stratification.
