The world of work is being transformed by digital disruption, automation and globalisation. Traditional work integrated learning (WIL) models positions the student as an employee, however the precarious nature of work, emphasise the need for an entrepreneurial mindset among graduates. This study investigates how an experiential entrepreneurship WIL model develops graduates’ ability to proactively navigate rapidly changing industries and reinvent themselves throughout their careers. More specifically this report:
1) proposes an experiential entrepreneurship WIL model, and
2) examines reflection as an assessment tool to enhance entrepreneurial WIL practice.
