Abstract

This document details the necessary pre-conditions for implementation of the SP training Manual: Acting for Health with Children. It details practical and ethical considerations for organisations preparing for simulations that engage child actors as Simulated Patients (SPs). The guidelines have been designed with focus on paediatric health care but may be adapted and applied more broadly.
